Dear tour agent

We wanted to write to you to describe what a wonderful and favourable experience our family had this summer in Israel.  Our guide, Gadi Bar Shalom, played a major role in ensuring that we all gained a deeper appreciation and love for the land and people of Israel.  Relaying this message to family members of three generations seemed to be an easy task for Gadi.
With enthusiasm and flexibility, Gadi helped us understand the personal sacrifices that were made to establish and maintain the State of Israel.  He took us to sites not included in our formal itinerary such as a packaging plant for fresh herbs outside of Jericho, a fourth generation family agricultural business in the Galilee specializing in growing dates and producing animal feed, and an ancient synagogue in Beit Alfa decorated with a beautiful mosaic floor.  From driving along stretches of the Lebanese/Israeli border to overlooking the border between Syria and Israel, we all gained a better understanding of ongoing security threats to our homeland.
Throughout our trip Gadi continued to educate us on the religions of Christianity, Islam and Bahai as well as the ongoing agricultural development of Israel’s land. Gadi provided us with a wellbalanced tour filled with love, laughter and learning. We would highly recommend him to guide any of your future clients.
